I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, providing a good night's sleep. The hosts, Melanie and Chris, were incredibly lovely and accommodating. The property's proximity to the beach and shops made it even better. The only small downside was the slightly limited dining options, but overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and comfortable stay near Skegness.

I had an unusual art lesson one night overall great time, very welcoming. The breakfast was the best, especially the toasty bacon sandwich - thanks Chris and Melanie! The hotel is well stocked with a great selection of hot drinks, offers free parking, and is well positioned for all the attractions.
